Tokyo's best restaurants don't take reservations on OpenTable. They don't have English menus on their website. They pick up the phone — if you know what to say.
I call for you. In Japanese. Same day in most cases.
1. Message me with the restaurant name, date, time, and number of guests.
2. I call the restaurant in Japanese and confirm your reservation.
3. I send you the full details in English — confirmed time, address, and any notes.
Starting from ¥1,500 per booking.
